Southern Fried Ribs

Ingredients:
2 racks of baby back ribs
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup of BBQ rub
2 bottles of Tiger Sauce
1 stick of butter, melted
1/3 cup Franks Red Hot sauce
2 TBS vinegar

Directions:

Prepare fryer with oil and heat to 325 degrees.

Prepare ribs by removing the membrane from the back of the rib.  Slice ribs into individual bones/portions.

Mix BBQ rub with flour.

Coat each rib with the flour and rub mixture.  Shake off excess flour.

Place 2-3 ribs (depending on size of fryer)  into the hot oil.  Be sure not to crowd too many at one time.

Fry for 7-8 minutes depending on size of ribs.

Remove from hot oil

Mix Tiger Sauce, melted butter, hot sauce and vinegar in a bowl.  Place cooked ribs in bowl and toss with sauce.
