1 medium sized summer squash (cut into thin strips)
1 tomato (diced)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1/4 onion (minced)
1 teaspoon fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme
1 oz white wine
1 oz parmesan
Start by sweating onion and garlic till translucent. Add white wine and cook till reduced.
Add tomato and summer squash. Cook till tender. Add basil and thyme.
Season to taste, then add Parmesan when it`s plated.
