1 15oz can pure pumpkin
1 15oz can low sodium sweet corn
1 15oz can low sodium black beans
3/4 cup mild salsa
4 cups Swanson Mexican Tortilla flavor infused broth
1 10oz can of Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles
Combine all ingredients in large pot and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes and then enjoy.
Can be topped with your favorite shredded cheese, tortilla chips, avocado and Fat free plain Greek yogurt.
