Creole Pan BBQ Shrimp

CREOLE PAN BBQ SHRIMP



Ingredients:





1
stick unsalted butter



3/4
tsp each white, red, black pepper



2
tsp garlic



Touch
of oregano



1/2
tsp rosemary



1/3
pound shelled shrimp



1/4
cup room temperature beer or wine



Worcestershire
sauce, to taste





Hot
sauce, to taste







Technique:

1.  Add
spices & 3/4 stick butter to pan - cook spices into butter for one minute.





2.  Add
shrimp, cook for one & half minutes.

3.  Add
Worcestershire sauce, beer & hot sauce - cook one more minute & serve
hot with crusty bread.
