Oyster Rockefeller Stew

Ingredients:
4 Tbl.  butter
3 Tbl. Onion
3 Tbl.  Flour
Quart 1/2 & 1/2
3 Tbl cooked bacon, crumbled
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Hot sauce, to taste
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
3 cups oysters, with liquid
Parmesean cheese, as needed  

Recipe:
Sauté onion on butter one minute
Add flour, stir for a minute & a half.  
Add 1/2&1/2, and spinach, bring to boil until spinach is wilted.  
Add spices, Worcestershire, bacon & oysters
when edges of oysters begin to curl, add Parmesan & serve immediately
