Pear, Buttermilk Blue Cheese Bruschetta with Balsamic reduction

Yields: 4 servings
Rustic bread one loaf
2 tablespoons of olive oil
6 whole walnuts in shell
1/4 pound Gorgonzola or Blue Cheese
Open walnuts and lightly toast in a pan. Slice Bread into long thin slices.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and toast slices until golden brown. Turn off heat keeping bread in the pan top with cheese .
Peal and dice pears and place on top of cheese with roasted walnuts Garnish with Balsamic reduction or a little olive oil drizzle
